An after-party that includes dinner and six featured artist exhibits will take place from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Barrel Factory, 65 Vandalia St., in the Old First Ward. Facilitated by Maureen McDonnell, a licensed speech pathologist, the group will focus on early language skills through socialization, songs, stories, play and movement. Good News Gospel Festival and Health Fair. 1 p.m. next Saturday, on the grounds of the Niagara Arts & Cultural Center, 1200 Pine Ave., Niagara Falls. Hosted by Malcolm Wilson, musical director of the Malcolm Wilson & Joshua’s Generation, several musical acts will perform. Health screenings and healthy living information will made available throughout the afternoon. The Niagara Falls OG Cruisers Classic Car Show also will be part of the festival.
