SUMMIT, NJ – The Summit High School Counseling Department and the Summit High School PTO will host ‘Just Talk About It’, a program designed to help parents recognize the warning signs of stress, anxiety, depression and crisis, on January 8, beginning at 7 p.m.
Experts from the Minding Your Mind Foundation will provide an interactive presentation focusing on mental health, educating the adults who support their teens to look beyond stigma and notice warning signs in themselves and their peers.
