Incarcerated veterans in Collin County will now be able to tap into services aimed at helping them get their lives back on track once they leave jail. The County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday announced the opening of the VALOR program. That stands for Veterans Accessing Lifelong Opportunities for Rehabilitation.
