WEST HARTFORD — The Mandell Jewish Community Center, 335 Bloomfield Ave., West Hartford, welcomes New York Times bestselling author and parenting educator Rosalind Wiseman back to headline the 10th annual Parenting Conference on Thursday, Oct.18, at 7 p.m.
Wiseman, who is the author of “Queen Bees & Wannabes,” which was turned into the movie, “Mean Girls,” and “Masterminds & Wingmen,” is the founder of Cultures of Dignity, a team who works with parents, educators and young people to successfully navigate the social challenges of young adulthood. She will talk with parents and educators about accountability to self and others and a call to action to transform the way we understand youth culture.
